Ask for every question asked, including inside replies. Quoted exactly, with its thread. Three. Merge the duplicates and count them. Repeated questions are your chapter list. Four. Ask which questions the PLR chapter answers. Asked three times and unanswered? New heading. Capture, pull, merge, check. Real questions make better headings. Save this, and send it to someone editing PLR.
